Here you'll find a collection of yoga classes with a range of topics suitable for all levels of practice.
We'll explore inversions, backbends, handstands, arm balances and more. We'll open the hips and shoulders and discuss their functional ranges of motion. Each class explores a theme from yoga philosophy, western philosophy, psychology and/or other traditions I've studied from Taoism to Buddhism to Traditional Chinese Medicine, etc..
These classes are aimed at cultivation of the whole human being as an integrated individual through the transformative practice of yoga.
